The project "Strengthening Urban Resilience in the Area of Supply Infrastructure and Housing in Ukraine" is a collaborative project between the Rheinland-Pfälzische Technical University Kaiserslautern-Landau (RPTU), the Berlin-based urban planning and architecture office Insar, the Technical University of Lübeck and the Hafencity University Hamburg (HCU). It is sponsored by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).
